Singapore, 8 October 2026 – DayOne Data Centers Limited has filed for a US initial public offering, bringing a fast-growing Asian digital-infrastructure platform to public-market investors as it builds capacity across Malaysia and other regional hubs to serve artificial-intelligence and cloud demand.

The preliminary filing shows revenue of US$512.024 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, up from US$151.500 million a year earlier. The company recorded a net loss of US$81.9 million compared with US$13.5 million previously, illustrating both the pace of expansion and the heavy cost of developing, financing and operating large-scale capacity.
