Kuala Lumpur, 19 August 2026 – Capital markets intermediary CGS International Securities Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CGS MY) convened policymakers, corporate leaders, institutional investors, and sustainability specialists at its 4th ESG and Sustainability Conference, placing the Social pillar of ESG and household financial resilience at the centre of Malaysia’s broader sustainability agenda.

Held at the Pavilion Hotel in Kuala Lumpur under the theme “Empowering Sustainable Generations”, the flagship conference expanded traditional sustainability discourse beyond environmental decarbonisation to examine how demographic shifts, rising healthcare costs, household debt, and energy transitions directly impact the financial stability of Malaysians.
