BABYMETAL to Bring METALVERSE’s First Overseas Performance to Kuala Lumpur

Last updated on December 25, 2025

KUALA LUMPUR, 22 September 2025 – Kuala Lumpur will soon host a historic night in the world of metal as BABYMETAL’s World Tour 2025–2026 in Asia makes its stop at Zepp Kuala Lumpur on 6 October 2025. The show will feature METALVERSE as the special opening act, marking the group’s first-ever overseas performance.

The Next Chapter of Kawaii-Metal

Formed in 2023, METALVERSE made waves with their debut at Summer Sonic 2023 in Japan. Combining idol-inspired energy with the raw force of heavy metal, the group has been hailed as the natural continuation of the BABYMETAL universe. Their bold visual identity and powerful stage presence have positioned them as a rising force set to shape the future of the genre.

BABYMETAL at Full Power

The Kuala Lumpur concert comes as BABYMETAL continues to dominate the global scene. Their latest album, Metal Forth, entered the Billboard 200 at number nine, underscoring the group’s worldwide reach and ability to continually push creative boundaries.

Pairing BABYMETAL’s explosive performance with METALVERSE’s international debut makes the Kuala Lumpur show one of the most anticipated stops on the tour.
