Santa Clara, 5 August 2026 – Advanced Micro Devices delivered record second-quarter revenue of US$11.54 billion, up 50% from a year earlier, as demand for data-centre processors and artificial-intelligence accelerators transformed the company’s earnings profile. The result confirms that AMD is gaining scale in AI infrastructure, even as market expectations remain demanding.
Data Centre revenue reached US$6.7 billion, an increase of 107% year on year, driven by EPYC server processors and Instinct graphics processors. The segment represented 58% of group revenue, making enterprise and cloud computing the central engine of AMD’s growth. For Asian investors, that expansion feeds directly into semiconductor foundries, advanced packaging, memory, server assembly and power infrastructure across Taiwan, South Korea and the broader regional supply chain.
