By Abigail Cheong3 min read

Kuala Lumpur, 17 September 2025 – Oasis Home Holding Berhad (“Oasis Home Holding” or the “Company”) [绿洲家园控股有限公司], an omni-channel marketer and retailer of consumer lifestyle products, has entered into a Joint Venture (JV) Agreement through its wholly owned subsidiary, Oasis Wellness International Sdn. Bhd., with CTG JV Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“CTG”).

This collaboration is aimed at making wellness products more accessible and engaging via live commerce and social commerce, in line with the Company’s strategy to expand its presence in the fast-growing wellness sector.

Joint Venture Structure and Strategy

The JV Company will adopt a fully integrated omni-channel approach, combining live commerce, digital marketing, and offline retail to reach a wider consumer base. Under the agreement:
• Oasis Wellness will lead the live commerce segment, focusing on content creation, host management, and consumer engagement.
• CTG will leverage its expertise in digital marketing, offline retail placements, pop-up stores, and experiential events to complement Oasis Wellness’ strengths.

Oasis Wellness will hold a 51% equity stake, while CTG will hold 49%, with the JV capitalised at RM500,000 in proportion to shareholding.

Partners’ Track Record

CTG is itself a joint venture between CTG Asia Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“CTG Group”) and Am Found Group Sdn. Bhd.:
• CTG Group has incubated more than 50 healthcare and beauty brands, achieving over RM200 million in sales across the past three years.
• Am Found Group, a brand accelerator, has launched over 10 brands with cumulative sales surpassing RM50 million.

Together, they bring strong capabilities in brand building, social commerce, and omni-channel expansion.

Leadership Perspectives

Datuk Jaden Teoh Yee Seang (拿督张维城), Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Home Holding, said:

“This joint venture represents the next step in our strategy to strengthen Oasis Home’s footprint in the wellness market. By combining our expertise in live commerce with CTG’s proven offline and digital marketing strengths, we are setting new benchmarks for consumer engagement, conversion, and trust.”

He added that live commerce is fast becoming one of Malaysia’s most dynamic retail channels, with growing consumer confidence in purchasing certified, high-quality products via these platforms.

Lee Siu Chong (李秀宗先生), Chief Executive Officer of CTG Group, said:

“CTG has built its reputation on successfully incubating and scaling brands. This collaboration allows us to extend that success into live commerce, creating a unique opportunity to deliver impactful, trusted wellness solutions across multiple channels.”

Initial Product Line-Up

The JV Company will debut with three CTG-supplied products:
• Essencare Recovery – an immunity-boosting supplement supporting overall wellness.
• Ninoko – a child-focused formulation to aid brain development, memory, and eye health.
• MFormula – a multifunctional supplement enhancing energy, mental clarity, and urinary health.

All products comply with National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) regulations and are manufactured in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certified facilities. Notably, MFormula has been recognised as a “Well Known Super Health Brand”.

Strengthening the Wellness Ecosystem

This JV builds on Oasis Wellness’ earlier partnership with GIMCare (M) Sdn. Bhd., reinforcing its ambition to lead in Malaysia’s wellness sector. By uniting trusted product portfolios, omni-channel engagement, and live commerce expertise, the JV Company aims to enhance consumer experiences, support sustainable growth, and deliver long-term value for stakeholders.
