DXN Accelerates Global Expansion as Peru and Argentina Emerge Among Top Markets

By Abigail Cheong2 min read

Cyberjaya, 17 September 2025 – DXN Holdings Bhd. (“DXN” or the “Company”) [德信控股], a global leader in nutraceutical manufacturing, announced that Peru and Argentina have emerged as two of its strongest growth markets, further reinforcing the Company’s robust global expansion strategy.

Latin America Driving Performance

Latin America has become DXN’s largest regional contributor, accounting for nearly 60% of the Company’s sales in FY25 (financial year ended 28 February 2025). Peru continues to anchor the region with consistent growth, while Argentina is rapidly advancing, poised to break into DXN’s global Top 10 markets.

This momentum reflects not only the scalability of DXN’s business model but also the Company’s ability to generate diversified earnings, enhance USD-denominated cash flows, and strengthen its international presence beyond Malaysia, Asia, and the Middle East.

Leadership Commitment to Governance and Value Creation

Datuk Lim Siow Jin (拿督林孝仁), Founder and Executive Chairman of DXN, emphasized that the rise of Peru and Argentina underscores the Company’s position as a truly global enterprise.

“As Latin America accelerates alongside Asia and the Middle East, shareholders can be confident that DXN’s earnings are well-diversified, our dividends remain sustainable, and our brand continues to gain worldwide recognition. Governance has always been central to my leadership — it was the reason I relisted DXN, ensuring that transparency, accountability, and investor confidence remain at the core of how we operate,” Lim said.

He added that the Company’s strong Board oversight and consistent engagement with investors enable disciplined capital allocation and long-term value creation.

Dubai Acquisition: Strategic, Not Financially Material

DXN also reaffirmed the rationale behind its recent property acquisition in the Burj Khalifa, Dubai, which was purchased for RM7.4 million. The amount represents less than 0.6% of DXN’s total net assets of RM1.3 billion as at FY25, rendering the deal immaterial to the Company’s balance sheet and dividend commitments.

The acquisition was reviewed and approved under stringent governance protocols, including assessments by independent directors and external advisers, and disclosed transparently as a related party transaction.

Positioned as a strategic hub for member engagement, leadership development, and brand visibility across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), the Dubai property complements the Company’s strong growth trajectory in Latin America and its expanding footprint across Asia.
