Kuala Lumpur, 2 November 2026 – ISF Group Berhad has secured the largest contract in its history, winning four awards worth a combined RM83.2 million for a hyperscale data centre project in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. The work will be carried out by wholly owned subsidiary Yeo Plumber Sdn Bhd, extending the group’s role in mechanical and water-related building systems as Malaysia attracts large-scale digital infrastructure investment.
The awards were made by an established Malaysian civil engineering and building contractor. Three contracts, valued at about RM73.3 million, cover cold-water systems, rainwater harvesting, water reticulation and sanitary services. A fourth contract, worth RM9.9 million, covers external sewerage. Together, the packages place Yeo Plumber across several essential water and sanitation systems needed to support a large campus, rather than limiting its scope to a single installation.
