Kuala Lumpur, 29 October 2026 – AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust (AmanahRaya REIT) has launched a new sustainability commitment as it marks its 20th anniversary, outlining plans to strengthen asset resilience, environmental performance and long-term value creation. The Bursa Malaysia-listed trust, which held 13 properties valued at approximately RM1.32 billion as at 30 June 2026, unveiled the initiative during its inaugural ARREIT Symposium 2026 at M Resort & Hotel in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.

As property owners face greater demands to improve building efficiency and maintain competitiveness, the ability to manage ageing assets, control expenditure and preserve occupancy will become increasingly important to long-term investment performance.
