Singapore’s Energy Market Authority said the actual reduction totals 17 billion British thermal units per day for 18 days, equivalent to less than 2% of the country’s daily gas demand.

The immediate volume impact is confirmed as limited. Any effect on prices, contract enforcement or longer-term energy relations depends on subsequent commercial and government action.
