Kuala Lumpur, 23 October 2026 – Bestari Food Berhad has received approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia to list on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market. The proposed initial public offering covers up to 133.4 million shares, equal to 29.6% of the company’s enlarged 450 million-share capital, and has been classified as Shariah-compliant.
The approval matters to Malaysian investors because it advances a profitable consumer-food manufacturer towards the public market while adding another Shariah-compliant equity candidate. The regulatory clearance is confirmed, but the offer price, final valuation and listing date remain to be announced, so the investment case cannot yet be assessed in full.
