Kuala Lumpur, 23 October 2026 – Malaysian property developer KEB Berhad launched its initial public offering (IPO) prospectus on Friday, seeking to raise RM48.49 million through the issuance of 138.54 million new shares at 35 sen each, ahead of its scheduled listing on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s ACE Market on 16 November 2026. The company plans to use the proceeds to expand its landbank, finance property developments and reduce bank borrowings.

For investors, the proposed listing offers exposure to a property developer with more than two decades of operating experience, in-house construction capabilities and six ongoing and future developments carrying a combined estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM1.74 billion. The IPO will provide additional funding for expansion, although the eventual returns will depend on project execution, property demand and the conversion of development plans into completed sales.
