Kuala Lumpur, 18 October 2026 – The ringgit closed at RM4.0795/4.0835 against the United States dollar on 16 October, strengthening marginally from RM4.0800/4.0835 a day earlier after Malaysia reported advance third-quarter economic growth of 5.3%.
