Singapore, 14 October 2026 – KORE US REIT has completed its second full-floor speculative-suite development at The Plaza Buildings in Bellevue, Washington, extending a leasing strategy designed to shorten vacancy periods and lower the cost of bringing new tenants into its US office portfolio. The newly finished space, branded The Post, spans about 15,400 square feet and combines six furnished studio suites with a shared amenity hub.
