Kuala Lumpur, 9 October 2026 – The Malaysian Palm Oil Council says its latest BizMatch session generated RM573 million in potential sales, connecting 109 international buyers with 31 Malaysian suppliers. The result points to a substantial commercial pipeline from the Malaysian Palm Oil Forum Kuala Lumpur 2026, although the figure represents prospective business rather than completed contracts or recognised export revenue.
Held in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, the session involved more than 400 structured meetings. Buyers came from Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia Pacific, North Africa, the Middle East and the Balkans, with Africa providing the largest representation. The breadth of participation gave suppliers access to multiple demand centres rather than a single-country sales channel.
