Mumbai, 21 September 2026 – India’s primary market is preparing for 20 initial public offerings seeking about ₹4,152 crore between 21 and 25 September, extending a year of intense fundraising and testing how much new equity investors can absorb. Seven mainboard companies and 13 small-and-medium-enterprise issuers are scheduled to open subscriptions, while 14 companies from the previous week are due to begin trading.

The pipeline follows five mainboard and six SME offerings worth roughly ₹24,563 crore in the previous week, a figure dominated by the National Stock Exchange of India’s ₹22,561 crore issue.
