Agmo Strikes Exclusive Deal with InfinitiLab to Drive Growth of Malaysia’s Glem.AI Platform

Petaling Jaya, September 4, 2025Agmo Holdings Berhad, a homegrown digital solutions and app development specialist, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with InfinitiLab Sdn. Bhd., positioning itself as the sole distributor and authorised reseller of Glem.AI, Malaysia’s first full-stack artificial intelligence (AI) platform.

Developed locally by InfinitiLab, Glem.AI is engineered to support enterprise-scale adoption of AI through its Multi-Model, Multi-Modality Orchestration Framework. The platform enables enterprises to automate workflows, integrate seamlessly with existing systems, and deploy intelligent agents across diverse data environments. Crucially, Glem.AI ensures AI sovereignty by allowing deployment either on-premise or via an enterprise’s preferred cloud, with full flexibility to use open-source or proprietary AI models, including DeepSeek, Qwen, and OpenAI.

Under the agreement, InfinitiLab will continue to spearhead research and development of Glem.AI, enhancing its technology roadmap, while Agmo Studio, a wholly owned subsidiary of Agmo, will co-develop AI agents (including integration with its own Merdeka LLM) and lead sales, marketing, and client engagement.

Strategic Timing Amid Rising AI Momentum

Agmo’s Chief Executive Officer, Tan Aik Keong, described the partnership as a timely boost to Malaysia’s AI landscape:

“The distribution of Glem.AI expands our portfolio and accelerates time-to-market for enterprises seeking immediate AI solutions. This comes at a pivotal moment when AI adoption is surging nationwide, supported by breakthroughs such as Malaysia’s first homegrown edge AI processor, MARS1000.”

Tan added that while Agmo continues to build its own AI platform tailored for SMEs, Glem.AI complements its offerings by catering to large enterprises with complex needs—allowing Agmo to serve a broader market with a comprehensive suite of AI tools.

InfinitiLab CEO Ryan Tay Yi Wen echoed this sentiment:

“Glem.AI was designed to tackle the most challenging enterprise environments, from workflow automation to multi-system integration. Partnering with Agmo allows us to scale this technology effectively, ensuring measurable outcomes for clients while delivering strong returns on AI investments.”

Strengthening Malaysia’s AI Ecosystem

The collaboration between Agmo and InfinitiLab is expected to strengthen the commercialisation of Malaysia-developed AI solutions, reinforcing the country’s ambition to establish itself as a regional AI hub.

Agmo emphasised that the partnership not only enhances its digital solutions portfolio but also aligns with the national agenda to advance AI adoption, supporting Malaysia’s transformation into a knowledge-driven economy powered by innovation and technology.
