Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, 1 September 2026 – AME Elite Consortium is expected to deliver stronger earnings in coming quarters as secured industrial-property sales are recognised and construction and rental income provide additional support. First-quarter revenue rose 4% to RM196 million, but core profit after tax and minority interests fell 23% to RM25 million because of lower margins and higher interest costs. Construction revenue increased 74% year on year, while property-investment revenue rose 22%.
New property sales totalled RM62.1 million. Bookings included RM35.4 million in Johor and RM117.2 million from the Northern TechValley joint venture in Penang. Research houses maintained positive recommendations, with target prices of RM2.30 and RM2.01, while the company works toward an RM400 million sales target for the financial year. The figures should be considered within the broader setting of industrial property and construction earnings, where short-term market reactions can differ from the longer-term economic effect.
