Samsung Launches ‘SmartThings Meets AI Home’ Campaign Ahead of IFA 2025

SEOUL: Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has unveiled its latest global campaign, “SmartThings Meets AI Home,” showcasing how its AI-powered ecosystem delivers personalized experiences designed to simplify daily life.

Released ahead of IFA 2025, the campaign redefines Samsung’s vision of the AI Home through SmartThings, emphasizing comfort, efficiency, and meaningful connections.

Samsung said its AI Home understands users and adapts to their needs, connecting both Samsung and third-party devices through SmartThings. The video campaign highlights how AI can free up time for families by automating everyday tasks.

In one scenario, SmartThings Routine adjusts air conditioner temperatures and lighting, while a single tap on the app enables appliances to manage household chores automatically. Users can then spend more time with their families, enjoy leisure, or rest. Through SmartThings Pet Care, households can also monitor and care for pets even when away from home.

“With this campaign, we aimed to highlight Samsung’s AI home experience redefined by AI leadership and SmartThings in a way that truly connects with customers,” said Won-Jin Lee, President and Head of Global Marketing Office at Samsung Electronics. “We will continue to make efforts to bring AI home experiences that make everyday life simpler, more meaningful and more human.”

Beginning Sept 2, the video will be displayed on iconic outdoor screens at Times Square in New York and Piccadilly Circus in London, as well as across Samsung’s official social media channels including YouTube.
