Figtree Holdings Narrows First-Half Loss as Revenue Rises

Singapore, 14 August 2026 – Figtree Holdings narrowed its first-half loss attributable to owners to S$547,402 from S$2.82 million a year earlier as revenue increased to S$2.25 million from S$612,851. The improvement was substantial, but the company remained loss-making and continues to face material questions around liquidity, borrowings and going concern.

Gross profit reached S$760,690 compared with S$47,101 in the prior period. General and administrative expenses fell 73.9% to S$837,648, helping the group reduce its loss before tax to S$529,148 from S$2.80 million. Share of losses from associates was S$368,421, reversing a contribution in the previous year.
