Singapore, 14 August 2026 – Golden Agri-Resources reported first-half revenue of US$6.60 billion, up 7.3% from a year earlier, while net profit attributable to owners increased 4.4% to US$167.2 million. The result showed stronger sales and gross profitability, but also highlighted cost pressures that limited the improvement further down the income statement.
Gross profit rose 19% to US$1.03 billion and operating profit advanced 19.4% to US$398.0 million. EBITDA, as defined by the company, slipped 1.9% to US$555.6 million, reflecting a different pattern from the headline gross-profit increase. Selling expenses climbed 24.9% and general and administrative expenses rose 7.7%, lifting total operating expenses by 18.8%.
