STT Johor Secures US$1.37 Billion Green Financing for 166MW Data Centre Campus

Johor Bahru, 13 August 2026 – ST Telemedia Global Data Centres has secured green financing of up to US$1.37 billion, equivalent to about RM5.6 billion, to support the first phase of its flagship STT Johor data centre campus.

The facility will finance development at Nusa Cemerlang Industrial Park in Iskandar Puteri. The campus is planned for up to 166 megawatts of information-technology load and is designed to serve cloud computing, artificial intelligence, high-performance computing and other next-generation digital workloads.
