One-North Rezoning Doubles Singapore Start-Up Space and Advances AI Park

Singapore, 12 August 2026 – Singapore plans to more than double the permitted development intensity at LaunchPad @ One-North, creating additional space for start-ups and advancing a dedicated artificial intelligence park scheduled for completion in 2028.

The 9.82-hectare LaunchPad site will receive a gross plot ratio of 2.5, up from slightly more than 1.0. The change effectively doubles the floor space available for facilities serving founders, incubators, accelerators and venture-capital firms.
