Malaysian Affluent Investors Use AI but Retain Human Advice

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 11 August 2026 – Affluent Malaysian investors are adopting artificial-intelligence tools rapidly, but most continue to rely on professional judgement and personal advice for important financial decisions.

A survey of about 10,000 affluent and high-net-worth individuals across ten markets found that 85% of Malaysian respondents use AI for finance, matching mainland China and trailing India’s 86%.
