Hong Kong, 11 August 2026 – Online fashion retailer Shein is preparing to launch a Hong Kong initial public offering as early as 19 August, targeting a valuation of US$30 billion to US$40 billion.
The Singapore-based company has begun marketing the offering to investors. The proposed valuation represents a major reset from the US$98.2 billion level achieved in 2022 and subsequent private valuations of US$64 billion.
