Melaka, 8 August 2026 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim emphasized that political differences must not impede close cooperation between federal and state governments, calling for seamless intergovernmental alignment to safeguard public welfare and accelerate sustainable local development. Speaking at the launch of National Landscape Day at Hang Jebat Stadium, the Prime Minister highlighted that close administrative ties across party lines remain vital to ensure state initiatives and national development policies directly enhance the daily lives of citizens.
