Singapore, 7 August 2026 – OCBC delivered record first-half earnings as rising wealth-management fees, stronger trading income and a rebound in insurance contributions offset the pressure of softer interest rates on its traditional lending business.
The Singapore banking group reported a net profit of S$4.19 billion for the six months ended June 2026, representing a 13% increase from S$3.70 billion a year earlier. Second-quarter net profit climbed 22% year-on-year to S$2.22 billion and rose 12% from the preceding quarter.
