Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, 4 August 2026 – K-One Technology plans to sell its entire stake in G-AsiaPacific to Japan’s ITOCHU for RM94 million, crystallising value from a cloud-services investment and giving the Malaysian technology group additional capital for its next strategic phase.
K-One originally acquired 60% of G-AsiaPacific for RM20.4 million in 2018 before increasing its ownership. The proposed disposal highlights the appreciation of cloud-infrastructure assets as enterprise digitalisation and artificial-intelligence workloads increase demand for managed services.
