MDEC Moves to Revoke Network School Operator’s Malaysia Digital Status

Kuala Lumpur, 22 July 2026 – The Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation is taking immediate steps to revoke the Malaysia Digital status granted to NSO Malaysia Sdn Bhd after the operator of Network School lost its business licence for premises in Forest City, Johor.

The action follows a decision by the Iskandar Puteri City Council to withdraw the company’s licence and order it to cease business operations from 22 July. The local authority cited non-compliance with licensing conditions and the use of premises under its jurisdiction.
