NEW YORK, 21 May 2026 – Microsoft Corp. and EY are partnering to spend more than US$1 billion to help corporate clients move artificial intelligence projects beyond early experiments and into large-scale business transformation.
The initiative is designed to address one of the biggest challenges facing companies in the AI race: turning pilot projects into real productivity gains, revenue growth and measurable returns on investment. Bloomberg reported that the partnership will focus on helping clients launch major AI projects at scale, with EY Global Vice Chair of Consulting Errol Gardner saying companies start to receive meaningful returns when AI moves from testing into wider deployment.
