NEW YORK, 21 May 2026 – Blockchain.com Group Holdings Inc. has filed confidentially with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering, becoming the latest digital asset company to pursue a public listing as crypto firms test renewed investor appetite for regulated market access.
The Dallas-based company, described as one of the oldest crypto exchanges, submitted a confidential draft registration statement, known as an S-1 form. The number of shares to be offered and the proposed price range have not yet been determined, while the IPO remains subject to market conditions and completion of the SEC review process.
