KUALA LUMPUR, 22 August 2025 – CBH Engineering Holdings Berhad (CBH Engineering), via its wholly-owned subsidiary CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd, has been awarded an important RM52.8 million contract from a confidential private-sector developer to design and deliver an electrical supply system for a proposed 132 kV consumer landing station linked to a new data centre project in Selangor.
The contract encompasses the supply, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of both high voltage and medium voltage substation equipment integral to the station’s electrical infrastructure.
Effective from 8 July 2025, the contract is scheduled to conclude by 27 February 2027. Over the course of the project, CBH Engineering expects a positive impact on earnings, earnings per share, net assets, and gearing ratios.
Market Reaction: CBH Engineering’s share price remained steady at 32 sen, with a market capitalisation of RM601.89 million. However, the stock has seen a 5.88% decline year to date.
