The project now moves towards finishing works, with vacant possession targeted for the first quarter of 2027.

The 32-storey scheme comprises 336 condominium units on a 1.36-hectare site. Its three-bedroom homes have approximate built-up areas of 900 and 955 square feet, with the surrounding setting adjoining the 102-hectare Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi. Only a limited number of Bumiputera units were reported to remain available.
