Datavault AI to Acquire API Media, Expanding Global Data Monetisation Capabilities

PHILADELPHIA, 28 October 2025 — Datavault AI Inc. (Nasdaq: DVLT), a global leader in patented data tokenisation and monetisation technologies, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire API Media in December. The acquisition will strengthen Datavault’s enterprise data activation and AI-driven monetisation platform while expanding its reach across the media and technology sectors.

Headquartered in New Jersey, API Media is a leading provider of innovative audio-visual technologies and IT services for large-scale sporting events and enterprise clients. With a strong technology culture and customer-first ethos, the company has built long-standing partnerships with some of the world’s most prestigious sports venues and events.

Under the agreement, the API Media brand will remain, with operations enhanced by Datavault AI’s proprietary and patented data technologies. The integration is expected to accelerate Datavault’s growth by combining API’s expertise in media engagement with Datavault’s advanced tokenisation and analytics capabilities.

“This acquisition marks a decisive next step in our strategy to scale Datavault’s proprietary data-monetisation ecosystem,” said Nathaniel Bradley, Chief Executive Officer of Datavault AI. “API Media’s iconic brand and expertise in multi-channel engagement, data overlay integration and real-time automation will strengthen our core platform and expand the value we deliver to enterprise clients through verified, tokenised data assets. This is a leap forward we wanted and the team we have coveted — it’s a dream come true.”

Frank Tomaino, President of API Media, said the merger would create new opportunities for clients seeking smarter, data-driven media solutions. “Joining Datavault AI allows us to bring our clients the most advanced capabilities in AI, analytics and secure data monetisation,” he said. “Datavault’s technology stack transforms how organisations manage and monetise information, creating new revenue streams while maintaining transparency and compliance. Together, we’ll redefine what’s possible in intelligent marketing and audience development.”

David Reese, Chief Executive Officer of API Media, added that the acquisition would enhance both companies’ positions in the growing data economy.

“The acquisition of API Media accelerates Datavault’s growth trajectory and broadens our recurring-revenue base,” he said. “It strengthens our presence in data-driven media and marketing while extending our reach into sectors primed for tokenised data solutions.”

By integrating API Media’s operational expertise and market insight, Datavault AI will deepen its capabilities in digital media operations, audience intelligence, and revenue analytics. The combined entity aims to capture greater market share across enterprise data, advertising, and AI-as-a-Service verticals, reinforcing Datavault’s role as a global leader in data monetisation, blockchain tokenisation, and AI-enabled experiential marketing.
